    To Whom It May Concerned,
First of all, have a nice day..

My grand-grand fathers were from Samarkand-Bukhara and they had to remain and live in Istanbul
after returning from a pilgrimage to MECCA just because of closing up the east border of Anatolia
    during 1893 Russian War.

As attached, my grand-grand mother had produced a magnificent dowry in 1850’s, approximately 163 years old.

It was unique sample of handmade which was processed by root paint special to BUKHARA and silk thread on double satin.

As a heritage, I have the hand-made bed-covering for bedroom metioned above which were special to UZBEKISTAN.

Istanbul Directorate of Turkish Handicrafts Museum, experts and all teachers of both Istanbul Beylerbeyi Sabanci and
also Istanbul Beyoglu Seljuk Technical High Schools for Girls had confirmed that the heritage mentioned
above was priceless handmade special to BUKHARA and produced by the same person.

I would inform you that if you’re interested in the handmade mentioned above as one of your State’s cultural
characteristics I’m proud of introducing this special property your liaison-office in Istanbul, Turkey any time.

    Yours Sincerely,

    Mr.Kaya TUNÇBİLEK
